I am a Spirit Medium and Energy Medicine (Shamanic) Practitioner. I mainly offer Healing & Reading Sessions in person, and via telephone/Skype.
In my experience a Shamanic perspective for living allows the most expansive and enabling tools for navigating the multidimensional, limitless domains of Consciousness - Soul, and Spirit.
What does a SHAMANIC HEALING Session involve?...
From start to finish I hold my clients in a sacred space that allows them to feel safe enough to attend to unsettling feelings felt in the body, accessed through the heart, and emanating from the Soul. We aim to keep our minds out of it. I am guided by Spirit in every moment as that moment holds the connection to, and healing power of, Source.
The healing is between Great Spirit (Source, God, Higher Self) and my client. I serve as the facilitator, the bridge. In the role of Shaman, I assist clients with shamanic interventions that work at the energetic or ‘blue print’ level. This supports clients in creating and sustaining more expansive maps for themselves through the use of soul re-membering, divination, ceremony, and sacred play. To help clients ground the shifts that are underway, homework often follows the session. I don't work directly on physical conditions or provide therapy. My focus is on discovering, then shifting, underlying energetic patterns of each client’s life themes. I assist clients in changing their perception... the way they look at things, so the things they look at change. I help clients to discover and remove limiting beliefs and contracts. When an opening of the heart occurs we may recover our self love so we may dream more courageously for ourselves and the world.
In each session, I 'track' for the appropriate energetic intervention(s) needed. These interventions may include variations of the following:
Illuminations ...
An ‘Illumination’ is a beautifully simple, gentle, yet powerfully transformative core process. It clears energetic imprints of ancestry, karma and disease from the Luminous Energy Field (LEF or aura) either before or after they have had the chance to manifest in the body. Our imprints can pre-dispose us to unhealthy physical and emotional conditions because, ultimately, they block the flow of Self Love. Once cleared, healing at the blueprint level of our being, the energetic level, is instantaneous. The healing, though immediately sensed energetically by the client, may take time to become apparent at the physical level. Intellectual understanding of the healing then follows, usually some weeks later.
During these interventions I am working within the Luminous Energy Field (LEF) - through the chakra system.
Chakras are vortices of energy that are connected into the nervous system at the spine. During the Illumination, huacha (heavy energy) is cleared from the involved chakra, as if cleaning a pool. The energetic imprint of the disease or trauma is removed. I then move Divine Light from my Eighth Chakra down to Illuminate my client's affected chakra. The imprint is thereby unable to return. This restores the chakra to its original brilliant color and high vibration. It rejuvenates the immune system and supports the client's evolution into a Homo Luminous being – a being of light.
Extractions...
I am sometimes shown that extraction of an intrusive energy, that does not belong to my client, may be needed. This sounds a little scary till we remember that these energies are not 'evil' they are just misplaced and heavy. However, these energies are not healthy for my client's LEF and are easily cleared. These energies can manifest as fluid or as crystallized energies. Crystallized energies occur over time, and are generally the result of energy that has been directed (often unconsciously) to the client by another, or is self-directed. A crystallized energy can also be residual energy from other simultaneous lives. I use my hands, a rattle, and an eagle feather to gently extract these energies.
Fluid energy can be strong thought form energy that is picked up from the collective - emotions such as fear, envy, and anger. These emotions can penetrate the LEF. Fluid energies can also be entities that have attached to the LEF. In most cases of fluid entities, the entities are loved ones who are confused, lost or trying to assist the client. At death, they attached to the closest psychically open relative or friend, for various reasons. I carry out Fluid Extraction with a high vibrational clear quartz crystal that is an attractive and safe temporary home for the entity who is then gently released, through sacred ceremony, back to Source (God).
So the purpose of all Extraction work is two-fold: to restore my client's energetic balance and to ensure that the client's affinity for the extracted energy has been addressed. The affinity is shifted through an Illumination. For the Fluid Entity Extraction, there is another purpose and that is to find healing, peace and release for the entity.
The most effective way of not attracting these energies in the first place is to keep our own vibration high. Like attracts like. There are many ways of keeping our vibration high which can be discussed during the session.
Soul Re-Membering & Retrieval...
When a client experiences trauma that he or she perceives as significant, they can experience soul loss or a loss of life force energy. In the lore of the Inka tradition, this whole, pure and innocent part leaves and goes into the belly of Pachamama – Mother Earth (the Lower World, another simultaneous life, or Subconscious) to find safety. When soul loss has occurred, clients will often have an intuitive sense that a part of themselves, or "something", is missing. Soul loss is significant because it can result in the loss of life force and the formation of limiting contracts that keep the client safe, but stuck in the past. When the loss is significant enough, it can completely derail the client's destiny, and soul purpose.
Soul Retrieval processes return missing soul parts with their full vibrant clarity, confidence, and energy. Soul Retrieval also returns other tools (gifts and instinctual energies) that support the integration of the soul piece back into the client's life. The client can then create a more powerful, soulful, and fulfilling life.
People sometimes delay personal Energy Healing work as they presume they will have to talk about their ordeals and pain before healing can occur. This is not the case. Energy work is not a therapy. Talking Therapies can help us understand ourselves but they will not remove the energetic imprints of trauma and disease from our consciousness. The telling of your stories is not required for the healing to be deeply successful on many levels. You will not re-live your traumas in any session with me. That said...I always give clients time and space to tell their story if they want to, as many people really need to be heard, without judgement, by another. Briefly sharing your story is important as it reveals the troubling 'themes' of your life to date...which can then be transformed. However...you are not your stories...you are a magnificent, eternal being.
What happens in a SPIRIT MEDIUM/PSYCHIC READING?...
Many people are not aware of the difference between Spirit Mediumship and Psychic Readings, yet most of the Reading sessions I offer are a blend of the two.
When working at the Psychic level with clients, I am connecting with just their energy. I receive impressions in any number of ways. I often feel things emotionally and physically (Clairsentience). I see things that hold symbolic, archetypal, and even literal meaning (Clairvoyance). I often just sense or know things (Claircognizance) and hear things (Clairaudience). I have found that various multidimensional ‘Spirit Helpers’ often appear during readings too with all sorts of information to further assist my client’s well being.
I do not ‘Tell Fortunes” as I believe it is an aspect of Universal Law that Spirit will not interfere with our free will to make choices. However, often information, that appears predictive, comes through more as an indicator of the potentials that exist around my client, and given the way they are thinking, perceiving, and acting at that point in time, or as indicated within their ‘soul contracts/blueprint’. The information that comes through is simply intended to help my clients empower, and co-create, their own lives. At the level of energy and Spirit there is no such thing as linear time, Spirit time is cyclical, with what we perceive as “past” and “future” events, all occurring simultaneously in the “now’. There are also spiritual realms or dimensions, within dimensions, within yet more dimensions. By request I sometimes assist my clients through a reading of their ‘Akash’ – an energetic library of other, parallel lifetimes in other dimensions.
When working at the Mediumship level I connect with the energy of my client's deceased loved ones - friends, family, and often people’s “pets” both living and passed. I often connect too with the 'higher self' energy of living people, who are not present the room, but have arrived with something to contribute to the reading. I have an arrangement with Spirit that if the energy of a living person comes they will shake my hand as a sign that they are still embodied, or quite frankly, I find it difficult to tell the difference. This is because our energy exists in physical and non-physical form simultaneously, and the energy of both feels the same.
For those who have passed over I ask to receive as much detail as possible about their life on Earth so that my client has evidence that this is in fact their beloved who is with us and who continues to exist beyond physical death. I will ask many questions in order to receive information on, for example; their physical appearance, how they may have died, and what they are up to now. Special dates, gifts, favorite or shared possessions, events, and memories, are often sited too.
Sometimes, though not often, a client arrives with the energy of their deceased loved one/s already close to them. Often my client senses this presence. The loved one may not realize they have died and so we are able to gently inform them. If willing to participate, my client and I can then assist this loved one to “cross over” using a particular Energy Medicine Practice (I see it as a Ceremony) for which I am trained. This is always a very precious, tender and sacred experience for each of us. This ceremony may require lengthening the reading session, or, if that’s just not convenient, it can be performed in a follow-up session shortly after the session currently underway.
Often a loved one in Spirit realizes they have died but has messages, words of consolation, or apologies etc. they still want communicated to my client. Here they are usually seeking reconciliation, the tying up of ‘loose ends’ so to speak, so they can move on, from being Earth bound, to their next adventures in the Spirit world, or, back here on Earth again.
As energy is not limited by the tyranny of time, nor distance my clients do not actually need to be sitting in front of me for the Reading to take place. The readings I have done via telephone, Skype, and even Email have brought through the same amount, variety, and quality of information.
Biography...
My awareness of Soul and Spirit began early. I was born into a restrictive, but loving, well meaning, fundamentalist Christian family. So my affinity for connecting with The Divine Feminine and Spirit/s through communion with non-ordinary reality and the Earth was actively discouraged.
Unaware that I was being actively discouraged from exploring all things 'psychic' I allowed my natural tendencies to be driven underground. Unhappy but not realising why I accepted the status quo. I eventually directed my creative self into an appreciation and study of Art, Design and Gold & Silversmithing, which I taught mainly at Secondary level for over 25 years.
In the 90’s, I experienced some life-shattering, yet ultimately life-transforming, events. This was the beginning of my “Shamanic Initiation,’ shedding of mental conditioning, and healing.
I experienced a limitless expansion in consciousness... discovering timelessness, unconditional self love, and... well...a peace with just 'being'. I spent the next 10 years learning about shamanic ways, energy, and mediumship in my cousin's (Kirrily Frost) Spiritual Development Circle.
In 2011 I was drawn to studying the core energy medicine ways of the Laika – The Q’ero Shaman of Peru and the Amazon through The Four Winds Society - Light Body School, USA. This school was founded by Dr. Alberto Villoldo (Medical Anthropologist, Psychologist, and Shaman) and is based on the teachings and knowledge of the Shamans of Peru, the Amazon, and the Andes.
This knowledge is now integral to, and powerfully informs, my work.
